Standard grade pins are beautiful! Gorgeous! GREAT! but due to the complexity of most of my designs, may still have minor flaws. These include, but are not limited to: specks in the enamel, small areas of underfill, small dents, small scratches.
B-grade pins have more noticeable dents/scratches, underfilled enamel, and discoloration. However, B-grades are a great deal who for those of you planning on wearing your pins out frequently! Additionally, B-grade pins sales are final--no refunds or returns.
For the most part, orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders are dropped off at the post office most Tuesdays and Fridays, and never on weekends.
Yes, Maintaining Mediocrity ships everywhere that receives mail! However, we do not collect VAT. If your country requires this, you will need to pay when you collect your order. Please keep in mind that for international orders, we will be filling customs forms truthfully, so the price you pay here is the price we'll mark on your customs forms.
Due to covid, please allow for an additional 1-5 days delivery time for US orders and 1+ weeks for international orders.
In regards to packages that are lost or marked delivered but not received--unfortunately once I drop the package off with USPS there is very little I can do. Please refer to USPS for more information.
If the product is defective or not up to shop standards, the customer has the option to return the product and receive a full refund. Returns made at the customer's discretion will need to be shipped back to seller in the same condition it was received in order to receive a refund*
*refund does not include the initial cost of shipping
